ok for u ladys

ok so i am sure im in labor just not active i lost my plug couple weeks ag and on monday went non stress test n had a contration that hit 42 on scale n her heart rate went up 165 not only that been having light pelvic pain since 130 that day well 4 am this more woke up such bad heart burn out middle nobwhere took three tums n water n walked n tried different thingns nothing helped do u think this could be labor
