Is it common to have cramps for being so constipated this early ? I've been trying to eat more fiber but man this sucks lol

I've been getting the opposite. Cramping with diarrhea. I don't know which one would be worse haha 😂 pregnancy is weird.

It's the increased progesterone... It relaxes smooth muscle... So, it's slowing down digestion and causing constipation. Totally normal :) Increase your fiber intake (think apples and leafy greens), drink 8-12 glasses of water each day, and make sure you are moving around (walking can increase bowel motility). I am in the same boat as you... It's kind of miserable!

Yeah, just try to increase how much water you drink, it's lame, but it passes. It's all the hormones. Some get it the other way, and the cramping causes diarrhea.
