After mirena.

Hello ladies. I'm 26. Had the mirena for 3 years. Got it removed April 20th. My hubby is 32. Said we will try for a year then he feels he's getting too old and getting fixed. It was removed on the 20th I bled on the 22nd-25th. Stopped bleeding had a period may 1st. No period since. I've been nauseous. Face broken out. Gassy. Moody. But every test I take is negative. All my apps said I should have seen AF around the 29th. But nothing. This morning I had a light spotting but nothing since. Anyone else have luck after mirena or am I messed up?
