When am I ovulating?

Question

My cycles are between 30-35 days. I did fertility tests last month, and it said my "high" lasted 8 days before finally hitting "peak." This month (today) I'm on day 4 of "high," but Glow tells me I'm ovulating today? When should I have sex to increase odds of conceiving? When am I actually ovulating? Anybody experience anything similar?

I was told that you have the best chance of concieving if you had sex before you ovulate. Dr said to have sex every other day during that time

Always go by the OPKs the apps can be close but it's not exact.

Glow is always wrong with my O day. Stick with the opks :) if it high I would go ahead and BD that way when you do ovulate there will be sperm already waiting.  Hope this helps :)

Use an opk.  I am on day 3 of high but haven't peaked yet
