Pregnant?

I've been lactating for a few months now.. I eat every 20-45 mins cause I'm hungry and I have been gaining a lot of weight. But when I've taken at home pg tests all came back - . Should I buy another since I've went to the doc for all this and my prolactin gland is normal. I'm so confused.. I've had people tell me to go back to doc but I have no insurance :( suggestions?
