Needing Any Advice

Hello ladies me and my husband just got married the 23rd of May I'm 21 he's 23 we wanted to start a family right away .... We just wanna make sure we're going about it right away we'll find out Tomorrow if I'm pregnant or not I don't think I am honestly but I don't wanna see the disappointment in his eyes when I tell him either .... What are some ways to help my chances to conceive ..... Any advice is greatly appreciated
