What are yor opinions on vitex? It's been over two weeks since I've had my mirena removed and I don't feel any signs of starting my period. At all. Would it benefit me to take this so I can get back to a normal cycle? I never had periods with mirena just occasional spotting. But I had the mirena for over a year and a half and before I had It I remember my periods always being at the end/beginning of he month. I really just want to get my cycle going so I can start ovulating :(
