Is it true that salvia kills sperm? Pleaseeee answerrrr

I need to know if we r killing our chances?! My SO LOVES oral to fire things up but this just came to me...Can sperm kill my chances of us becoming pregnant??

Yes! Look it up on Google or ask your doctor. It shocked me. And we stopped oral, quickly..
