Fertility testing

My husband and I have been TTC for a year and started fertility testing. His semen analysis was superior. My Bloodwork came back perfect, hsg was fine my tubes are clear, pap and culture were negative and just had an endometrial biopsy. Anyone else going through this? I am getting so frustrated with the testing and everything seems to be fine. Any other tests we should get? Any thoughts?
