Does anybody else dread going to the bathroom?

So on Saturday I experienced some bleeding, enough to make me want to go to the emergency room. Ever since then I'm scared to go to the bathroom. I'm so nervous that I'll bleed more. I'm still having some light brown discharge and the occasional small clot (at least that's what it looks like). So I've really come to dread going to the bathroom...which as a pregnant lady isn't easy :(
