Gestational diabetes

Hey everyone! I took my one hour glucose test today for the second time and my levels were 170 when they'd like them to be 140 or lower. They don't even know for sure if I have gestational diabetes and they want me to do a 3 hour test but I can't due to my hypoglycemia and my sugar bottoming out. Is there any suggestions on what I can do to help everything? I've only gained 14 lbs and I'm 29 weeks almost. So, I'd be surprised if I did have gestational diabetes.
