I keep seeing this photo. Does anyone know if this is abdominal or transvaginal? Also, isn't the black blob the amniotic sack and the light grey surrounding area is uterus tissue? I thought that's what I read. Wouldn't the Ramzi method be looking at where the big black blob is on the ultrasound photo and not where the baby is within the black blob?  I just want to make sure I have it right. Within the black blob, my baby is on the right. On the ultrasound screen itself, the black blob was towards on the left. Transvaginal.
