Could I be pregnant

Tomorrow I will be 7 days late ... I've been cramping a lot and even spotted one day. With my first pregnancy I got my stretch marks before I even got a BFP. and now I have new stretch marks on my thighs and my sides and some are coming on my stomach. I'm scared to test because of the cramps I keep thinking Af is going to come . The app says 39 cycle day 13dpo . I don't want to test and get a negative what should I do. The app says I would be 5 weeks pregnant if my af doesn't show
