PCOS but ttc and missed period but negative

I hate it! Ok I'm a little worried.. me and my husband have been ttc for about 3 months now and I started taking fertilaid fertilecm which are natural herb supplements found on Fairhaven health and on there was many women with success stories with pcos)(polycystic ovarian syndrome). Anyways I was supposed to start on the 1st and I still haven't and im not showing signs of spotting to indicate that it's coming.. but I have no symptoms of pregnancy as of now.. I took a test like a week ago and it was negative.. any suggestions? ?
