Light cramping

I got a clear blue opk in May. I started testing on day 8 as my cycle is pretty regular. Got the flashing smiley face for five days. We did it each day till we got the solid smiley face and basically we had sex for almost 10 days different times of the day to mix things up. Now it's June 3, I have been getting mild pains in my tummy and below my belly button, and mild cramping in my vagina. The vag pain is constant and it's not bothering me, but I feel it.

Can anyone shed light if its implantation cramps or period is coming super early. I was recently put on thyroid med as I found out I had hypo thyroid. I had a cyst on my ovary in March. I'm just super confused!!!!!
