Morning after + Pill

I'm on the pill, however I feel like I've had some break through ovulation.... I've had the discharge...I had sex yesterday with my SO, with condoms, but at first he didn't wear one. Just concerned about pre.... Should I take the morning after pill? I haven't missed any pills. Help!!
