Conception after Mirena

I'm new to the whole conception game. I've successfully concieved twice but they are 7 and 8 now and I'm TTC with my 3rd. I just had the Mirena removed on 5-20. I only had about 3 light periods in the 6 years I was on the Mirena and now I have been experiencing what I'm assuming is the infamous "mirena crash" for the last 4 days. I've been so tired, dizzy, and sick feeling with hot flashes that make all the other symptoms 10 times worse. I was wondering if anyone has successfully conceived after missing a period for that long and about how long it took? Thanks
