Any Inputs?!

My AF was due on the 23rd and it never came, still no sign. Around the 18th and for a couple days after I had broken out, light backaches, mood swings and also one night had a speck of blood on my TP after I went to the bathroom and I was sure it was going to start. Recently & still have had sore boobs, mood swings, and a little bit of upper back aches but nothing like when I do get my AF. Not sure what to think. I didn't find out with my first baby that I was pregnant till 9 weeks... Any inputs on what I should do? 💜
