Does anyone else have horrible headaches?

I've been getting horrible headaches off and on. I hear you can get headaches when pregnant. Anyone know the cause?

Most headaches would be hormone related. For me personally, I know they have a lot to do with my back alignment and the way my spine is changing due to this pregnancy. Visits to the chiropractor is a must!

YEEEEA!! Your blood pressure is also dropping to account for all the extra blood volume your body is schlepping, making it harder for your heart to pump your blood UP to your head (against gravity.) this is why you can get dizzy sometimes, too, and t can definitely contribute to headaches (less blood flow to brain.)  sometimes inverting (getting your head below your heart) can help. You can lean forward over the back of the couch, do yoga poses like down dog, child's pose, forward fold; only do true inversions like headstand or handstands if you had a strong practice before.  Caffeine helps too (it raises your blood pressure ;) my doc actually recommended drinking a pop if my headaches get really bad.

Normally it's hormones but if they are constant tell your ob. Mine were and now they are doing a work up for preeclampsia. Headaches being an sign if the disorder.
