HELP PLEASE!!!!

My period has skipped this month. All 6 days! :| could it be because of the stress of TTC ? Has anyone else experienced this and then got their period following month? I've never missed a period and I had blood work and I'm not pregnant... Someone please tell me this is normal.. How do I adjust my chart on here?!?! How will I know now when I'll ovulate??? Someone please help
