What does this photo mean please?

First time taking these ovulation tests, my first 2 I took only had one line, I forgot to take one yesterday but today I took this one this morning and this was it. So what does 2 lines mean? I have also had sex today and u have egg white CM. Thank you to all who help me :)

Not at all, the best time to have intercourse is before and during ovulation because sperm can live up to 3 days. So, you're fine!

Looks like your test strip is at least as dark as the control of not darker so it looks like you should be ovulating. Plus egg white cm also points to that.
