However most people here are doing way more complicated things (temperature chart, OPKs, pelvic position) and I am wondering if I should too...

I bought a basal thermometer and starting charting temp, but that is it so far.

I would love to hear you opinions, specially from girls that are familiarized with CRMS. :)
