So Frustrated

I haven't had a period for 53 days. Before and a week after my period I tested negative on hpt and blood tests, but had sore breasts and some cramping. My PCP said that I should see my OB and the OB said that everything was normal and that sometimes periods shift. Sunday I had a very faint positive and yesterday it was darker so my OB ordered a urine test, but the results came back negative. I've been extremely tired, had cramping sometimes, bloating and sore breasts. Has this happened to anyone else?
