My partner and I recently did pre-sex things such as fingering, is it normal to bleed after?

when I got the depo it did that to me! :( any tightening of the vaginal walls would make me bleed. (fingering, sex, masturbation, orgasms) it was hell :/

I was always told it could be from his nails being too long, him being too rough,  or if he got to your cervix they easily bleed.

When I was younger and on the shot(depo) I would bleed, not right after but within a couple of days.
