Should I look for another job?

I've been at my job almost 7 years. I like it, the pay isn't bad I make about $14 an hour. The hours suck tho. I either work 5:30am-230, 10-7 or 2-11. My baby just turned a Month old and I go back to work at the end of the month. I like the people I work with. I'm not very fond of the hours though. I keep going back and forth because on one hand I feel like I can do much better than retail but on the other hand I'm very good at my job and I'm comfortable. Idk does anyone have any advice?
