Do you temp internally? (Vag). I hear it's more accurate than mouth temp and suggested if one is always rollercoaster results

And if this is your chart. In the first would suggest you've ovulated. But I'd say to get some ovulation tests to help figure it out to. Wondfo are great and on amazon for 18-20$ for 20 ov.p.kits and 10 preg tests.

When your temp suddenly shifts they claim it men's you ovulated that day. Then it will stay high til af. If it stays high after you're due, you maybe pregnant. It's what I've found online
