My lower back hurts too the day before and!during my period, i have no kids but i feel it is as im giving birth, and!it is all my hip bones sometimes the pain runs to my legs :(

Yep,  yesterday I felt cramps coming on so I masturbated (orgasms relieve pain)  and they went away but then my lower back hurt for the rest of the day.  Dumb
