Pre-natal vitamins?

Does anyone else get sick when they take pre-natal vitamins?

I take them before bed because they do make me feel a little nauseated.

If they have high amounts of iron in them they can make you sick.

I use rainbow light and they don't make me sick.  I've taken others that make me feel absolutely awful

I used to get horribly sick after taking my prenatal vitamins during my last pregnancy. I noticed when I took them in the morning they wouldn't stay down, but if I took them at night before bed I was able to keep it down. If that doesn't work you might try the gummy version or at least taking it after a decent meal. Good luck! :)

It was horrible with my first and second baby.. I have started taking some about 2 weeks ago.. They are officially the only ones I can take without getting incredibly sick.. (Not currently pregnant but TTC)
