Need advice

I had a miscarriage 8 months ago. We have been ttc again. I'm 4 daus late. I have been nauseous the last few days on and off. When I woke up this morning my left breast was sagging and I have dark circles around my areolas. I want to take a test but I'm scared to see a negative result. Plus I'm scared to miscarry again. Do you think I should take a test?? Or wait it out to see if AF starts??
