Any insight??

Ok so at approx. 8-9 dpo I had very light brownish and pinkish discharge. I have had cramping, nausea, dizziness, frequent urination, headaches, bloating, gassyiness, and my breasts are now getting sore, heavy and fuller. My uterine area feels swollen, like if I'm sitting it feels like there's a ball in my lower pelvis. I've done countless hpt all negative and even had a blood test done at 3 weeks late for AF also negative. The only other spotting I've had was one week after AF was due and it was literally like one or two spots of blood. My question is, what could be wrong with me? I've never had anything like this happen. I went off BC back in October and have had pretty regular cycles since then. I do not normally suffer from any kind of PMS symptoms other than sore boobs and one bad pimple. What have you ladies experienced with all these symptoms? I just don't know what to think and the doctors don't want to see me unless I miss 1-2 more periods.
