Help advice please

So my BF married the devil while he was in prison, and upon release his PO (parole officer) advised him he couldn't have contact with her for any reason while he remained on her case load. When he got out the devil pleaded for him to go (home) where she lived with her children and her boyfriend! She still is with this boy friend and wanted nothing to do with my man til I came along... She has called his PO and pleaded to allow them to conversate (he has no desire) it always is stated for the sake of "their children" but her youngest is 14 and my bf was only with her for 3 years including his time "in the pen" she's pleaded with family to make him go home and made it very VERY clear she will not grant him a divorce... She stole everything he owned he has nothing but what we've acquired up til now and I'm also 5 weeks pregnant with his child... He's made no contact with her or in return and just wants a divorce and it to be over this woman (10 yes older then he) is now is harassing me for being a disgusting little girl (I'm 26) he is 33... Her kids are my age and on drugs and one on parole as well and she's more concerned about her obsession with my man then with the well being of her own flesh and blood... Help me help him find his ground for divorce adultery is out of the question because well there's me in the picture and two wrongs don't make a right...
