Please help - I need experiences on IVF!
So, my fertility clinic has thrown in the possibility of IVF instead of IUI, which was mainly what I was going to try first as IVF is expensive.
Turns out, if I donate half my eggs, I can get IVF a lot cheaper than it is meant to be because I'll be helping ladies that have problems with their ovaries/eggs.
My question and query is, is what's the IVF procedure from collecting the eggs? I know that theres Google, but the websites are using big words that are throwing me off a bit 😂 also, with collecting eggs - do they put you to sleep? Or will I be awake? Obviously IVF is now my first choice, but I haven't been booked an appointment yet as she told me to think about it and get back to her... And obviously here was my first port of call!!
I'm so excited at the possibility of this working. Any success stories are obviously very welcome too :)
