7-8dpo & no symptoms

Hey ladies! I am 7-8dpo and I was super excited about May, but now I'm not so sure. I do not feel any different. I keep reading everyone saying their boobs hurt, they had increased CM, heightened senses. I have nothing lol. AF due 6/11. Anyone have a BFP but zero symptoms? Just not sure 😔
