Ftm and being sick

Oh being sick while pregnant is so tiring ! I'm six weeks... As of tomorrow, I've been sick for the last two weeks! I've already had antibiotics and a shot that my obgyn said was ok... But that was over a week ago... While I have been coughing my head off the entire last two weeks my fever and sore throat have returned... Called obgyn for suggestions and am waiting on return call.. Anyone have any suggestions ? Anyone else gone through this ?
