Cramps?

Is is normal to have bad cramps during the week you ovulate this is new for me but scaring me very much so need peace of mind help me out ladies

I'm cd21..had a +opk Monday and I've had cramps for the past 3 days. I had a check up at the doctor today and she said she still felt what seemed like the follicle on my right ovary and to hurry home and BD!! So I wouldn't worry too much..keep up the BDing and baby dust to you!!

Im on cd16 if that helpstoday is suppowed to be my most fertile day
