Allergies.

Question, my allergies are starting to kick in hard core lately. Pittsburgh weather is the worst! Two day ago it was 60 degrees and today it's 77 degrees. I know Claritin and Zyrtec are both safe but neither have ever worked for me. Allegra has always worked for me but has not been tested during pregnancy. Has anyone's doctors said anything to help? My doctor does not think it should be a problem to take it, but I'm just a little uneasy.
