What does everyone think the root average cause is to make a man start lying to their wife or significant other?!?  Just wondering, it crossed my mind today

Cowardice. They can't suck it up and talk to their partner honestly so they go behind their backs

What about the wife/partner does anybody think they could possibly be the reasoning behind *SOME* men, for example if they are insecure or distant from their husband? Idk I have just been extremely moody and maybe a little depressed but idk why I don't have any reason to and I just haven't been very talkative towards my husband or anyone lately, I have poor appetite, I stay in bed all day (I work prn),  so I haven't picked up Any shifts and he wants to know why I'm *mad* I'm not mad I'm just idk what I am... not in the mood to talk I know that..  And I just worry that whatever is going on with me is going to cause him to start lying or going behind my back..
