Overweight and TTC#2

This is something that has weighed on my mind for a while, I'm 5'0 190 and I'm completely terrified to be pregnant and overweight like this. I've been trying to lose weight for over a year and I can't seem to lose it...I know it's me refusing to eat just fruits and veggies ugh....but also I have preeclampsia with my now 5 yr old daughter and she was born at 30 weeks weighing 2.5lbs, it was rough and been rough since she was diagnosed with autism (intellectually disabled as some have said also) but I was told that it could happen again but my weight had nothing to do with it and I've remarried since then. But my doc told me I could lost 10lbs and be okay but it could happen. Idk I guess I'm just hoping I'll lose weight by the time I do get pregnant.....
