Not sure what's going on lately

Ok so idk if there are doctors and stuff on here or if anyone else has experienced this but I have been experiencing Really bad pain from like the middle of my thoracic vertebrae up to my cervical vertebrae. At times it feel like a not of pain just centered right between each vertebrae that I just names and sometimes I can't move . I then started having neck and shoulder pain that almost felt like I couldn't move at all it was bad . I'm also severely dehydrated and peeing every 20-30 minutes. I'm drinking constantly but not enough to keep making me pee as much as I'm peeing.. I kno all of this sounds dramatic but it's really weird and instead of just jumping up and running to the doctors or hospital over every little ache and pain I was wondering if I could get some advice from some people cause I really don't kno what's going on . Thank u !! And please don't claw my eyes out or say anything rude just want some advice ...
