Pain!

I work in a hospital and don't have insurance so my only option is to go to the ER if I need to. It's been going on since Saturday/Sunday where I've had pain that radiates from my right side to my back and down my leg. It keeps getting worse and I've also had migraines,nausea, loss of appetite and extreme fatigue. I'm wondering if I should go into the ER or just suck it up and wait it out. I've already had appendix removed so it's not that and I don't have insurance until July 1st and no money for a walk in. Help!
