Something on my nipples?
So today I looked at my nipples and saw some white spots on my nipple. They were like embedded in between the bumps? Not sure how to describe them. I picked (lightly!) and it was almost flakey. Very small amount maybe 4-5 little flakes .. It is not Lint or anything from clothes . Any body have this before ? Or know what could cause it ?
