Yeah for me it was hot chips, it was ALL I could keep down. Then I could have banana smoothies

I think you just have to keep trying different things until you figure out what works for you. For me it was Popsicles and smoothies, and if I was able to calm my stomach with a smoothie then I could eat a bowl of cereal.
