Question

I know you are suppose to take your temperature first thing when you wake up everyday and normally its normal times like 8am but I work midnights so 4 days a week my time is way off like 4pm.

How will this effect the temps? I know you have to do them as soon as you wake up. Which I do regardless of the time of day but then I read somewhere it is more accurate the same time everyday.

The major reason I'm asking is I saw an increase in temp and I'm not sure if I should be getting excited cause we are getting close to ovulation or because of the times being messed up because of my work schedule.

My doctor didn't seem concerned with my work schedule but my nerves are just going. Its our first round of assisted pregnancy help and I'm just trying to do everything I can to help this work. Its been a long two years :/
