Running through pregnancy?

Is anyone else a runner and trying to maintain as much as possible through pregnancy?

I am! I ran a 5 mile race last weekend- felt great through the whole race and ran a 47:30. I was eight weeks and three days at that point :)

Girl you can run as much as you want, it's actually helped alleviate symptoms like leg pain and cramps. The baby loves it!

I run at least 3-4 times a week. I go a lot slower than I used to but I feel so good afterwards! Running a 10k next week! :)

I run almost everyday, my dr said it would be worse if I just quit not that I want to it's so relaxing! 🏃🏽💙

Definitely! Dealing with rehabbing a minor injury but still lacing up and getting some miles in a few times a week :)

Yeah I'm a lot slower now but I still loving running and lifting! Doing fewer reps and lighter weights and just listening to my body. I've been doing intervals-run for 4-5, walk 1-2 to keep my heart rate in check. I know the exercise will be better for me in the long run, especially when I am carrying an extra 20-30 pounds. Plus I hear that exercising now makes it easier to get your body back after the baby is born!

I feel better when I'm active and run. Currently 6 weeks with my 2nd and try to run 2-3 times a week. Trying to fit in a 3 mile run between work and picking up the 3 year old from daycare.
