What kind of line is this

Question

I am taking about the middle test.  I used 2 objects to get the clearest picture.  On that test there are 3 lines.  One line is the control the other dark line is a shadow line.  In the middle is a very very very faint line.  What would you think this line is?  Indent or positive.  This test is about 5 min old.  I plan on testing again tomorrow to see if anything changes

I also see a fourth line next to the shadow line.  That is part of the sponge thing that gets dipped in the urine.
