What makes your baby active!

Question

I'm 18 weeks and have felt our girl move randomly, but can't really prompt her to move when I'm trying to show hubby or just interact with her. Any suggestions?? What makes your baby move?

All I have to do is try to lay down and go to sleep. Ha ha

You're lucky to feel baby moving at 18 weeks. I have an anterior placenter and so didn't feel my bubby until about week 25/26! I do a few things to get my bubby moving: 
Eat ice
Popsicles
Orange juice
Lay on your side
Just be patient. X

Usually if I drink cold water or eat something sugary. Like chocolate or a biscuit. He goes crazy in there 😆

When I skip a meal or when I get really sick and can't eat my baby boy kicks the hell out me and won't stop until I eat soon after I eat he goes on a food coma and I won't feel him at all lol so cute how tuned you are with them which means his gonna be a fatty lol who loves to eat! 😁😒😔😌

I got a McDonald's mc flurry once & she went crazy in there... Also in the morning when I don't eat she goes insane & kicks me until I eat something... I have a very stubborn baby already... Your baby doesn't really have sense of control with its body yet so the movements will be somewhat random until you get a little further along then you'll start to notice them being stronger & at certain times of the day. My baby kicks/punches me all day long then she wakes me up at 2-3 am by moving everywhere. She also doesn't really kick/punch anymore, it's just HUGE movements like her foot pushing out or her hand scratching the inside of my belly or her turning. I'm very tiny for 30 weeks so I feel everything she does inside...

When my SO plays the guitar. He loves music so he's always moving around. Lol

I started feeling my son move at 18 weeks too. I started playing music for him and that would really get him going ☺️ now he moves so much I never have to worry if something's wrong lol
