Ruptured ovarian cyst?

Question

Anyone have one? Went to the doctors for pain after a week and she wants me to get an ultrasound Tuesday to check if a cyst. Well I think it burst last night / this morning 😖
I no longer have the pain in my side and now have been bleeding all morning. Could very well be early AF (4 days) but doesn't seem the same at all. Anyone have one, what was your pain and bleeding like?

I had a cyst rupture a couple years ago. The most agonizing pain of my life, but no bleeding at all. I was rushed to the ER from work because I collapsed. Once at the hospital they gave me an IV and pain mess before they did an ultrasound. I was unaware of even having cysts but they found a few and told me one had ruptured. Sent me home with more pain meds and had me follow up with my doctors.

I had them three months in a row! I had a lot of pain in that area, not as severe as kidney stones (if you ever have had the bad luck to have those) but still enough where I had to stay home from work and was almost throwing up. at the docs office once they confirmed it had ruptured on ultrasound, they always said to expect my period in the next week or two.
