Just go and compare the amounts of vitamins in it. The store brands usually have the exact same amounts as the name brands, but half the price. I just took a kroger store brand with all mine. They're all healthy. You can take some with dha in them also, and it supposedly helps with brain and eye development, but you can also buy it separately.
