Dropping at 28 weeks??

Question

I've had about 6 people at work this week telling me it looks like I've dropped. Is this normal so early? I had my first child almost 9 years ago so I really don't remember when it happened before lol I have an appt next Thursday so I will ask the dr... But just wanted to get some opinions.

Yup, especially with the second. My pelvis is spreading, baby is head down and I'm ready. Braxton hicks hit at 28 weeks and the same week all this happened too! I'm so glad that my body is ready and I might be able to do this natural.

I'm wondering if this is happening to me. I'm 30 weeks tomorrow and a FTM, but baby is head down and I can feel her very low in my pelvis (was confirmed by u/a last week). And the pain/discomfort I'm feeling down there seems a bit much for how much more growing she has left to do. Is it a bad thing if she's down there? I keep feeling the urge to do pelvis opening things (like squatting or going on all fours) just to relieve the feeling I'm getting from sitting. Also I've had Braxton hicks whenever I walk a longer distance or exercise.
