I'm on it. I'm not pregnant. Seems to be pretty effective. My doctor said there's a 3 hour window to take it, but I tend to take it within an hour window.

For me, it was not.  I took it for a month and experienced fairly heavy breakthrough bleeding 25 days out of the month!

With the minipill vs combination pills you need to be even more on top of taking the pill at the same time every day, but as long as you do that it is effective.

It's effective, but it has to be taken at the exact same time everyday. An hour late is almost like missing a pill.
